Below is a list of insurance providers we can generally direct bill per therapist. However, direct billing is not guaranteed and depends on your specific policy and your insurer's agreement with your employer.

We recommend confirming coverage with your insurance provider. If direct billing isn’t available, you’ll need to pay upfront, and we’ll provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.

***For a select number of insurance providers, we can predetermine your coverage before your first appointment. To do so, we must receive a clear photo or screenshot of your insurance card and the completed Direct Billing Consent Form.
